Describe yourself (personality/attitude/passions/beliefs):

A bright and devoted woman, happy and solar person, loving, enthusiastic and caring woman, sweet, enjoy life, very eager and enjoy learning...of course in the norm sometime I get angry, upset ... and it last a few minutes because by nature I can't stand it !! I'm a BRIGHT - SOLAR person. I'm also very spontaneous since that is connected to the heart-soul within and expressing spontaneity indicates closeness to the beyond, mysterious flow of creation.... I love drawing, painting, cycling - bicycling, walking into nature, be close to animals, (especially cats and dogs tough also animals in general) and I love children.

Describe your work/business and what it means to you:

A position in which attention to detail, balancing multiple tasks and good organizational skills are fully utilized. I had experiences as a Marketing Operator - Customer portfolio creation, carrying out for it an exact target profiling based on customers request. Management optimization for the calendar' s appointments. Target; Reference zone; Features; Appointment Confirmation (Recall); Full record of potential customer. IMPORTANT: WOULD BE VERY NICE and CHALLENGING for me to have the possibility to work for the environment or similar so in a company that CARES and LOVE all creatures on EARTH and so willing to do its best to act as such when creating, constructing - building something new. This is MY BEST WISH :)

What do you like to do for fun/activities?

Walking, animal closeness, nature, gather with people, have conscious fun.

What does being *conscious* mean to you?

Try to always enjoy the here and now paying attention to the "I" personality and not let ruin the joy of life ... also unconditional love for all the creatures and the universe. I mostly believe "feel" that exist a Universal Law that guides us all if we let that part inside ourselves to emerge, keeping flowing, connecting to the beyond (like a tread). That part is always present within but many are too busy to listen deeply in their souls.

How long and what motivated you to be on a conscious path?

How long? since I was born and also before this life! Lets say since I become more aware in the early stages of my childhood and always felt a little different from the other kids, the way I was seeing life and still do in the present ... Motivation is also the spiritual friendliness - no "ship" it can sink ... only meeting with the willingness to elevate the body-mind system and the spiritual soul within each one. ... it is a very intimate meeting within your own soul and certain things can only be shares in silence and cannot be described by words maybe the closes description can be via vibrations, frequencies.

What types of healing modalities do you practice or would you like to learn?

Silent and/or active meditation multiples.

What is the top priority in your life right now?

Share love and acceptance towards each other in the here and now.

Take myself away from harsh energies around here in Italy because this country is going trough a hard time ... nothing has really worked here from bureaucracy to creating new jobs and less taxation for people .... but now 2015 - 2016 (and 2021) has become even tougher / tighter so frustrating ! I keep up with good "vibes" looking around to get a possibility for a second round and chance outside Italy, in my other second home country U.S.A. for another opportunity again, by creating a stable life, searching for a good job as described above (in the work/business section) on a long basis. All together with my husband Paolo and my humble family composed of the two of us and a two sweet English Cocker Spaniels Akira (female) and Paco (male) and three cats Titty Pallina and Lulù.

What type of travel do you enjoy?

Sea, mountains, cruise ...

What types of books/authors do you enjoy and why?

Holistic, Osho, Krisnamurti, Gibran, Eckart Tolle etc... many many others ...

What kind of music moves you?

Healing, meditative, nature, new age, spiritual awareness, relaxation music, .... many of this kind I enjoy listening the online TapinRadio Zen, Meditation, New Age, Native American, Celtic and many more channels

What makes you smile?

The joy of others, their happiness, their achievement in life and of course my own. My heart enjoys to see happiness all around ... ;) and at contrary it becomes very very sad... I'm a very sensitive person.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Skills Windows XP - 7, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Office, Wyse, Formware - Data Entry, AS400, Internet. Fluent in Italian (mother language). Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish (beginner) Very responsible in meeting customer needs and requirements, very eager and enjoy learning. Not afraid of challenges, committed to continuous improvement and always open to feedback. Very detail focused and organized, good on informing others, always looking for opportunities to promote teamwork. Evaluate situations to find the root cause of the problem. Proactive, dedicated. Maintain good relationships with others interacting respectfully in a very professional way.

A little bit more about me

I was raised in a small town in South-Central Italy in the region of Lazio. Here is an excerpt on my story translated from Italian into English ... So here it begins: The sudden awakening, opening the internal eyes on our own state of unrest, shows us how important the difference between being a slave to an emotion is and becoming aware of the fact that it is overwhelming us. The advice of Socrates "Know thyself" makes reference to this keystone of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: the awareness of our own feelings in the moment in which they occur. >>>> THERE WAS A TIME ... many years ago ... I'll explain a little of my past when I was with my parents ... something I didn't have the knowledge and the strength to tell ANYONE when I was younger, teenager and little more. Now that I'm 41 years old while writing about it in 2016 (I'm class "75) I wished a different life reality for the two of them ... Mom and Dad ... a different fate in my heart and in my childhood. For years my dad is lost in his own mind (suffering from a slight form of Schizophrenia has the doctors say) and to the LIGHT (I call it so, respecting all beliefs) .... he does not trust inside himself deep within, to be able to heal that much anger, that much resentment towards his family of origins! His experiances changed him forever, lost in a limbo that unfortunately will perhaps never end, at least for this life, and we the family that he created (my mother with my sister) can do little. >>>> Unfortunately dad hasn't had an easy childhood life, born after the WW II on some doctor's advice to my grandparents (so perhaps they would have recovered from that sad period), especially his father (my grandpa) taken prisoner by the Nazis and returned home only after three years, but was no longer the same person (family told me) .... the man who was once ... before the war. One thing I have to say ... with my dad I built a strong connection because fortunately he allowed that to happen between the two of us. I forgive both my parents ... it's not their fault, I know inside me that they gave me their best they could, .... but growing up I recognized more and more that LOVE can only be shared in abundance first in ouselves (loving unconditionally first thyself with ups and downs) because the contrary will never work !! It'll always begging for love and the majority I guess know doesn't work that way. Well my Mom another story .... she moved to Italy at the age of 12 with her family, born in Tunisia- Bizerte (French colony at the time) from Sicilian parents and had a younger brother passed away since 2001 (my uncle). During the "60's my mom and family were (as others Italians) expelled from Bizerte -Tunisia and relocated in Italy into a refugee camp in Central Italy -Lazio region, once a concentration camp. Italians in Tunisia have had to leave everything there, (the assets, lands and more ...) as I mentioned was a French colony at the time and now I do not remember the story well ... but they had to choose either Italy or France so they chosen Italy because of Italian origins. Mom always said she wanted to move in France, do to her French school background, because when they moved to Italy she was only 12 yrs old and had to go back to school again, Then, at age 15 she begin working in the country's factories in Lazio region, first in the shoes manufactury then years later entered in the ice cream factory where she thankfully retired from at least with a minimum pension. In 1996 I moved to USA with my now ex-husband (we had no children) and in the year 2002 I took the American citizenship; I that country I lived a different life than the Italian culture I experianced in my younger age until the twenties. I had the opportunity to relocate and live in different places (in the same counties and states) as in Orlando FL 4 years and then 6 years in Dallas TX. I have witnessed and touched by hand meritocracy, something that doesn't exist at whole here in Italy! An example is when I began working as an housekeeper with other people from South America (Guatemala, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic) while learning the English language. The first language was Spanish because we worked in groups of 5 people in the Timeshares homes - villas of great holiday apartments that functioned ad a second home for their vacation who came from different places around the world. We had to clean and arrange all apartments - villas from morning to the evening, working ouselves to exhaustion for 12 hours during the summer and on Sundays. Then quality control, a kind of inspector after cleaning ... :) high degree of meritocracy, then even baked cookies for the guests in the apartment model that precisely served as an example for people coming outside the country to visit the place in order for them to decide to buy a week or more of vacations, One of the biggest Resorts in Central Florida. After about one year I moved for an in office level job for the same company in CFI Central Florida Investments, doing clerical work by checking the contracts documentation etc., experiencing growing, learning. Later on it happened the same in Dallas, Tx working for a very important corporate company, climbing up little by little in my carrier. So, good experience to grow, love, love each other and confront ... with different cultures I say! Before leaving for the United States in 1996, In the summer 1995 I worked in a bar in Italy for three months doing some cleaning and to my surprise a year later the American company I worked for in Orlando, FL phoned the owner to have references on my work experiences there and for my surprise it became clear to me how serious americans are on the job !! Wow! Experiencing all of this it touched me so deeply. - Then it was the turn of Dallas, Tx for 6 years and there working in the office for 4 years slowly climbing up. Something changed ... a few years later the asset of the company has changed: I was working for a large multinational Financial Corporation that was incorporated in another much bigger company. As I told something changed to a point I was laid off together with many other people and from there something also inside of me began to awake. Later on after these experiences a more mature and aware self begin to emerge and so I devoted my whole self to awareness as I'm continuing to awake - understanding "Thyself" - meditation, observation (wide field) In June 2006 I landed In Germany with my american savings for about 1 and half year in a meditation center (after a short stay in Italy for family reason). Through the years that meditation center expanded also in Netherlands and Uruguay. As now in my present moment, I'm back in Italy since 2008 to live again this country, the people, the mentality ... the memories of a time that was, with the awareness of the now not ceasing to assimilate life lessons sometimes very bitter but necessary for an understanding perhaps further than tomorrow. Well ... the experience with my ex-husband lasted 12 years together in total (I was very young only 20 at that time) including engagement and wedding but then we decided for various life events to separately continue our lives even though we kept the friendship by keeping in touch once in a while.

What is certain, is that the journey made together has thus prepared to face life differently in general, new relation and new experiences. So since neither of us have had children I'm quite sure that relating between two ex-partners is different when one of the two have children, because they have to keep relating somehow forever because they are parents of the children, the humans they decided to give life.

USA - ITALY Citizenship

I'm Italian- American moved to US in April 1996 in Orlando FL area with my ex-husband (an American born citizen also Italian by parents) and lived and worked there until 2006 before in Orlando Florida as said above and than in Dallas TX. Naturalized American citizen since 2002 from previous marriage with the American born- Italian husband, now ex. -- Left the States for family reason in 2006. Always open to the opportunity (if it comes) to relocate again in USA, in Italy the daily living, the working and bureaucracy life is very difficult since too long now, even tough there are great chances for an outcome in the near future where Italy will rise again. Let's wait and see the outcome of it!

Keep in mind that this life prospect is flexible, can change any time ... we don't know what LIFE can bring to us all, since it's clear to me that we live in the HERE and NOW and that is the construction of the future. ---- >>> Many Here and Now moments creates the base of the future.

Meditation retreat

I was in a meditation Center in Germany for almost 2 yrs (not far from Frankfurt about a couple of hrs. driving) after my working and living experience in US. In the meditation Center I had the opportunity to really connect with myself through various daily active and passive meditation technics as the one from Osho and other masters as Georges Ivanhoe Gurdjieff dances and more ... also experienced Art as rocks and wood board painting, creating CD's booklets for the music creation made directly from the group at Meditation Center facility. I have also experienced body expression, body art performances with many people and spiritual friends living there. Learned a little there to play my favorite instrument the Celtic Harp, that's calling me since tender early age. Anyway needs a lot of practice as any new instrument one is playing with and right now I don't own a Celtic Harp yet to practice with.- I'm sure I will !!

I think that certain experiences should not be kept private and should be shared with as many people as possible, so that anyone can benefit from it. Courage, willpower, optimism, hope. This is all I try to offer to those who read me here on my page.
